Student Elections

• DUSC/RSA Elections - received by undergraduate students who live on campus. After verification, voters receive a single page which presents them with both the DUSC and RSA ballots. Also, students who are Juniors by credit receive a ballot for the senior calss elections.

• DUSC/COCO Elections - received by those undergraduate students who do not live in a University dorm. After verification, voters receive a page presenting them with the DUSC and COCO ballots. Also, students who are Juniors by credit receive a ballot for the senior calss elections.

• Student Elections Administrative Area - received by those who are listed as administrators. Allows them to add, edit and delete election candidates.

• University Spirit Ambassador Polling - after verification, voter receives a page presenting a list of the Spirit Ambassador candidates. Voters may select up to two candidates.

• Spirit Ambassador Administrative Area - received by those who are listed as administrators. Allows them to add, edit and delete candidates.

• Already Voted Message - received after SSN/PIN verification by individuals who have already voted in an election or who are ineligible to vote in a particular election.

• Login Invalid Message - received after SSN/PIN verification by individuals who have entered an SSN or PIN not recognized by the database

• Voting Unavailable - received by individuals who are attempting to access the voting site outside the voting period.
